To the Clients and Vendors of Bookkeeping Plus:
BPI acknowledges the orders of the Governor of Indiana regarding safety measures, and the designation of accounting services as essential. Many of our clients provide food, medical care, emergency financial assistance, and related necessities, as well as providing employment to many people. Accordingly, Bookkeeping Plus will continue to provide accounting services to our clients, with the following safety procedures in place.
1. All meetings will be handled by phone or videoconferencing. Please do not come to the BPI office, as we are not admitting any non-essential persons into the building.
2. We will email all documents to you. When it is necessary to send you paper documents, we will use FedEx. Please let us know if your address for FedEx deliveries has changed.
3. If you need to send us documents, there are several options:
We can email you a Mimecast invitation which makes it easy for you to securely email us your electronic files, PDFs, large files, etc.
You send paper documents via FedEx, a local courier service, or U.S. mail.
You can drop off documents at the office 24/7 in the dropbox at the northwest corner of the building. It is checked daily. For larger packages, please call in advance and we will make arrangements for you to come by during office hours and ring the front doorbell, whereupon our receptionist will instruct you to leave it by the door. If you need to discuss what you have dropped off, please call us afterwards.
4. Our employees are observing social distancing and other safety measures at the office. Some employees of BPI may be working at home from time to time.
Please call Bookkeeping Plus at (317) 462-2049 if you have any questions. Thank you.
