BPI has experience with entities including small businesses, schools, nonprofits, medical practices, start-ups, and government entities. Whatever business or operation you have, we can probably help.

What are your Fees?
BPI generally provides services on an hourly-fee basis. We discuss the charges with you in advance. As always, we are happy to answer any questions.
I have a question or problem with my QuickBooks, can you help?
We have Quickbooks experts on staff, who can usually answer a client's question quickly or log on remotely to fix your problem. Call us at (317) 462-2049.
Is there an after-hours dropbox?
Yes of course, follow the sidewalk around the left side of our building to the northwest corner at the back of our building. We check the box regularly.

Communicate with us
Tell us everything about your business or situation, the bad as well as the good. The sooner we know about the challenges facing you, the better we can help you address them.
Keep all documents and papers that you have or receive that in any way relate to your accounting or finances. Notify us as soon as possible that you received something.
Send us transaction data promptly
In order for us to perform your bookkeeping and prepare your financial statements, we need you to send us your source data (bank statements, bills, receipts, deposit slips, etc.) in a timely fashion.
Let of us know of any developments
- Scheduled audits
- Upcoming (or missed) financial deadlines
- Looming cash flow shortages
- Payroll changes or problems
- Regulatory compliance issues
- Changes in your business operations, such as unusual activity, unexpected changes in revenues or expenses, or plans for expansion or downsizing
